2020년 6월 6일 발표된 러시아 연방 정부 방침 No991 번에 따라 421로 시작하는 S7 Airlines 티켓 환불관련하여 안내 드립니다. 2020년 5월 1일 이전 발권 티켓으로 2020년 2월 1일부터 중국행 항공권 또한 2020년 3월 18일부터 모든 국내/국제선 항공권이 이에 해당되며, 승객이 티켓 환불을 원할 경우 '바우처' (EMD 992) 으로만 환불 가능합니다. (표 1)
러시아연방 정부 방침 No991 번에 따른 항공권을 대신한 바우처의 경우, 티켓에 명시되어 있는 비행 출발일로 부터 3년안에 S7 티켓 발권 및 추가 서비스 예약에 사용 가능합니다. 바우처 발행시 표1에 따른 금액으로 발행이 가능하며 만약 승객이 별도로 지불한 사전 신청 위탁수하물 등 추가 서비스 금액이 있다면 사용하지 않은 EMD 금액은 바우처 발행시 추가 가능합니다.
또한 EMD992(바우처) 발행시 반드시 Tour Code 를 PP991로 입력해야 합니다. (TMI/M1/FT-*PP991)

위에 명시되어 있는 승객은 바우처 발행에서 제외되며 지불한 수단으로의 환불이 가능하며 단, 구입처에서만 가능함.
또한 지불한 수단으로의 환불 신청시 하기 서류를 반드시 제출해야합니다:
-승객 성/이름
-신분증
-장애인 증명서, 전쟁 참전 유공자 증명서, 다자녀 가구 증명서
-출생지 및 출생일
-PNR 및 항공권 번호
-신청일자
또한 제출된 각종 증명서 (장애인/유공자/다자녀가구 증명서)는 3년동안은 보관해야 함.

As the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation # 991 dated July 6, 2020 has entered into force, the procedure for refunding tickets purchased before May 1, 2020 with the following flight dates has changed:
- from February 1, 2020 on routes to/from China and Hong Kong (China);
- from March 18 on all international and domestic routes.
If your flight has been canceled or you have decided to cancel your flight, you can use the amount you have paid for purchasing S7 Airlines tickets or obtaining additional services. For your convenience, the amount will be credited to a certificate1. The certificate may be used during the period of 3 years starting from the flight departure date shown on the ticket that you are returning.
If your flight has been canceled by the airline, we will increase the certificate amount by 10%. If you have canceled your flight for personal reasons, we will credit your certificate with the full cost of your ticket without any deductions for making the change.

If 3 years have passed since your flight departure date and you have not yet used the certificate, the money will be refunded. In this case, you will need to submit an application:
- In the Feedback section of the www.s7.ru website (for tickets purchased on the www.s7.ru website or through the S7 Contact Center).
- By mail addressed to: 633104, the Russian Federation, Novosibirsk Oblast, Ob, Prospect Mozzherina, 10, suite 201.
