Information for passengers with tickets to / from Seoul
By order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, from, March 1, 2020, Russian airlines temporarily suspended regular passenger air transportation, including commercial, from the Russian Federation to South Korea and in the opposite direction.
In this regard, S7 Airlines from, March 1 to, March 31, 2020 was forced to temporarily suspend regular flights to Seoul.
Charter flights will be arranged for the return of travelers. The airline will reissue for flights from Russia to Seoul only foreign citizens, for flights from Seoul — only citizens of Russia and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

-exchange airline tickets departing from Seoul for S7 Airlines flights departing from Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Phuket, Kamrani, subject to availability.
To apply for a forced refund of airfare:
-If you bought a ticket on the s7.ru website, in the S7 Airlines application or in the Contact Center, you can make a request for a refund yourself on the s7.ru website in the My Reservations section.
-If you have issued tickets through a travel agency, on the Internet (but not on the website www.s7.ru) or at ticket offices, you must submit a refund request at the place of purchase of the ticket.
