Our most important commitment is with the safety of our customers and of our team. Since coronavirus (COVID-19) appeared in Brazil, we have been closely following all recommendations from the authorities. Now, in order to ensure your well-being and comfort in deciding how to best plan your trip, we have increased the flexibility in our policies regarding the rescheduling and cancellation of domestic and international flights operated by GOL or in connection with our partner airlines.
GOL continues with its operations, following the most strict safety and security standards, and confident that the situation will improve soon. But if you chose not to fly at this time, see below for the guidelines for rescheduling or cancelling domestic and international flights originally scheduled to depart up to May 14, 2020.
Cancellations and credit
You will be able to cancel your trip and keep the fare value as a credit for future travel. The amount will be available in full for one year, counting from the date of purchase.
Rescheduling
If you prefer, you will be able to reschedule your flight to any other date, as long as it is within 330 days of the date of purchase. There will be no rescheduling fee; however fare differences, if any, will apply.
Cancelations and refunds
If you chose to cancel your trip and request a refund, the cancellation fee will not be charged. However, the refund fee may apply, depending on the rules of the fare type in question.
