자국 내 COVID-19 확산을 완화 조치하기 위한 쿠바정부의 정책에 따라,

2021년 2월 6일 이후 추가 통지가 있을 때까지 파나마와 쿠바 구간이 추가 감편됩니다. 

*2월 한 달간, 주 3회 운항 from/to Havana가 주 2회 화,목로 감편.

New reduction of flights between Cuba and Panama.

From a total of 3 weekly flights that Copa Airlines was scheduled to serve during the month of February, the Government of Cuba will allow the airline to operate only 2 weekly flights from/to Havana on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

쿠바정부의 정책에 따라 쿠바행 추가비행편은(특별수송편 포함) 별도 공지가 있을때까지 운항되지 않습니다. Cuban Consulate로 연락채널도 당분간 닫는다고 하오니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in Cuba, it will not be possible to serve the extra flights for passengers to Cuba. Instead, they will only be allowed to travel on regular flights when there is space available.

For this reason, passengers should NOT be advised to contact the Cuban Consulate in the country where they are.

Update-Reduction of weekly flights from/to Cuba 

COVID-19로 인해 쿠바정부는 파나마-쿠바 구간의 감편을 발표했고, 매주 20편에서 3편으로(화,수,목) 감편 됩니다. 

단, Santa Clara(SNU)-Holguin(HOG) 구간은 추가 공지가 있을때까지 전면 중단됩니다.

1. 부분사용 티켓

 1) 쿠바내 고객(Passengers from Cuba) - Contact Center 로 전화 (+53 7204 1111 쿠바현지)

 2) 기타지역 고객(Passengers to Cuba) - 지역별 Cuban Consulate로 연락후 특별수송편 정보문의

2. Unused 티켓

1) Option A: Keep the value of the ticket to travel until December 31, 2021.

변경시 기존 웨이버가이드라인으로 진행 involuntary changes.

2) Option B: Travel certificate with 20% additional value to the value of the ticket.
