코로나바이러스 (COVID-19) 관련 변경 지침 안내 드리오니 업무에 참고 하시길 바랍니다.
아르헨티나 항공에서는 4/12일 이전에 구매된 티켓에 관해 업데이트된 정책을 알려드립니다.
아르헨티나 국내선
1.오리지널 아웃바운드 티켓 날짜가 3/15-06/30일 사이인 티켓 소지자중 변경을 원하는 경우 (항공편의 취소 유무와 상관없이)
변경
11/30일 이전으로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티 혹은 운임차액이 없습니다.(*)
12/1일 이후로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티는 없으나 운임차액 발생시 지불하셔야 합니다.(*)
(*) 날짜변경은 티켓 발행일로 부터 1년이내여야 합니다.
유럽/미국 혹은 아시아 지역
1.코로나 바이러스로 인해 티켓이 취소 되었고 날짜변경을 원하는 경우(동일한 구간 유지)
변경
11/30일 이전으로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티 혹은 운임차액이 없습니다.(*)
12/1일 이후로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티는 없으나 운임차액 발생시 지불하셔야 합니다.(*)
(*) 날짜 변경은 티켓 발행일로부터 1년이내여야 합니다.
2.오리지널 아웃바운드 티켓 날짜가 8/31일 이전이며, 티켓 소지자중 변경을 원하는 경우(항공편이 아직 취소 안된 경우)
11/30일 이전으로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티는 없으나 운임차액 발생시 지불하셔야 합니다.(*)
(*) 날짜 변경은 티켓 발행일로부터 1년이내여야 합니다.
브라질, 칠레, 우루과이, 볼리비아, 페루, 파라과이, 콜롬비아, 카리브해 지역
1. 오리지널 아웃바운드 티켓 날짜가 3/15-20일 사이이며, 변경을 원하는 경우(항공편의 취소 유무와 관계없이)
변경
11/30일 이전으로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티 혹은 운임차액이 없습니다.(*)
12/1일 이후로 여행이 종료되는 경우, 패널티는 없으나 운임차액 발생시 지불하셔야 합니다.(*)

Updated Commercial Policy
Due to the global crisis caused by the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19), Aerolineas Argentinas would like to inform you of its present policy regarding all tickets purchased on/before April 12, 2020.
Tickets for domestic travel, in Argentina
Passengers whose flights have canceled and passengers whose flights have not been canceled and want to make a change and whose original outbound flight was/is between March 15 and June 30, 2020:
CHANGES
No penalty or fare difference when travel is completed on/before November 30, 2020. (*)
No penalty, but subject to the fare difference (if there is any) for travel on/after December 1, 2020. (*)
(*) The date change must always be made within one year of the date the ticket was issued.
Tickets to/from Europe, the United States or Asia
Passengers whose fights have been canceled due to COVID19 (the coronavirus) and want to make a change and still fly to/from Europe, the United States or Asia:
CHANGES
No penalty or fare difference when travel is completed on/before November 30, 2020. (*)
No penalty, but subject to the fare difference (if there is any) for travel on/after December 1, 2020. (*)
(*) The date change must always be made within one year of the date the ticket was issued.
Passenger with flights that have not been canceled but what to make a change and still fly to/from Europe, the United States or Asia and whose original outbound flight was/is on/before August 31, 2020:
No penalty but subject to the fare difference when travel is completed on/before November 30, 2020. (*)
(*) The date change must always be made within one year of the date the ticket was issued.
Tickets to/from Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay, Colombia and the Caribbean (PUJ/CUN)
Passengers whose flights have been canceled (any date) due to COVID19 (the coronavirus) and passengers whose flights have not been canceled, whose outbound travel date was between March 15-20, 2020 and want to make a change:
CHANGES
No penalty or fare difference when travel is completed on/before November 30, 2020. (*)
No penalty, but subject to the fare difference (if there is any) for travel on/after December 1, 2020. (*)
(*) The date change must always be made within one year of the date the ticket was issued.
Passengers whose flights have not been canceled that what to make a change and whose outbound flight is between May 1 and June 30, 2020:
