코로나 바이러스 관련 03/27일 기준 최종 업데이트된 내용 공지합니다.
AR 현재 규정입니다.
1. 유럽, 미국, 아시아 구간 티켓
- 미국/유럽/아시아 구간 취소된 AR 티켓을 소지한 승객이 변경을 원하는 경우
변경
-패널티나 운임차액 혹은 추가 마일리지 없이 1회에 한해 티켓을 6/30일까지 변경허용
-6/30일 이후 티켓 변경하는 경우 변경 패널티 없이 1회 변경 허용. 운임차액 발생시 징수하셔야 합니다.
환불
- 패널티 없이 허용
- 마일리지 + 차액으로 구매한 티켓인 경우 환불만 가능
- 미국/유럽/아시아 구간 취소가 안되었고, 오리지널 출발일이 8/31이전인 승객이 변경을 원하는 경우
변경
-변경 패널티 없이 1회에 한해 허용. 운임차액 발생시 징수하셔야 합니다. 단, 여정은 11/30일 전까지 마쳐야합니다.
환불
- fare 규정 따름
- 마일리지 + 차액으로 구매한 티켓인 경우 환불만 가능
2. 기타지역 (아르헨티나 국내선, 남미내 국제선, 페루, 콜롬비아,카리브해 등등)
- 오리지널 항공권이 3월 15일에서 4월 15일 사이 티켓을 소지하였으며, 변경을 원하는 승객 (일정의 취소유무와 관계없이)
변경
-리턴 6/30일까지 패널티나 운임차액 없이 1회 무료 변경
-패널티 없이 1회 무료 변경, 6/30일 이후로 바꾸는 경우 운임차액 내야합니다.
환불
- 패널티 없이 허용
- 마일리지 + 차액으로 구매한 티켓인 경우 환불만 가능
- 오리지널 항공권이 4월 16일에서 6월 30일 사이 티켓을 소지하였으며, 변경을 원하는 승객

-패널티 없이 1회 무료 변경, 11/30일전 티켓으로 변경하는 경우 운임 차액 내야합니다.
환불

모든 날짜 변경, 루팅 변경 그리고 환불은 티켓 구매처에서 이루어져야합니다.
웹페이지에서 구매한 경우에는 티켓 오피스, contact 센터 혹은 왓츠앱을 통해 변경 하실 수 있습니다.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – CORONAVIRUS – COVID-19
Due to the present global situation caused by the CORONAVIRUS Aerolineas Argentinas would like to explain our present policy.
Tickets to/from Europe, the United States and Asia
1-Passengers with canceled Aerolineas Argentinas flights that want to make a change to fly to/from the United States, Europa or Asia:
Changes
One change permitted without penalty or fare difference or additional miles for return travel through June 30th.
One change permitted without penalty for travel after June 30. The fare difference must be charged.
Refund: Permitted without penalty in all cases. Tickets paid for with miles + pesos can only be refunded.
2-Passengers whose flights have not been canceled that want to make a change to fly to/from the United States, Europe or Asia and whose original travel date is on/before August 31:
One change permitted without penalty, but the fare difference must be charged. Travel must be completed by November 30.
Refund: The fare rules must be followed. Tickets paid for with miles + pesos can only be refunded.
Ticket to/from the rest of our destinations (domestic, regional, Peru, Colombia, the Caribbean etc.)
3-Passengers with or without canceled flights whose original flight was between March 15 and April 15 and that want to make a change:
Changes
One free change without penalty or fare difference for return travel through June 30.
One free change without penalty, but paying the fare difference for travel after June 30.
Refunds: permitted without penalty in all cases. Tickets paid for with miles + pesos can only be refunded.
4-Passengers that what to make a change whose original date of travel is between April 16 and June 30.

All date changes, routing changes and refunds must be done where the ticket was purchased. The one exception is that tickets purchased on our webpage (aerolineas.com) can be changed at one our ticket offices, over the phone with the contact center or via Whatsapp.
